How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend at least 3–5 business days notice to ensure the right inventory is available. During peak Spring market periods, please book 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date.
What if the property doesn't sell within 6 weeks? +
No problem. You'll receive an SMS reminder 5 days before your staging period ends. Extend via your Agent Portal, or SMS us EXTEND [JobNumber] 1W or EXTEND [JobNumber] 2W. Extensions are $200 + GST per week.
Do I need to be on-site during installation? +
No. We use the secure lockbox code you provide at booking. Our team will send you SMS updates when they're on the way, when they've arrived, and when the job is completed.
Is the lockbox code kept secure? +
Absolutely. All lockbox codes are encrypted using AES-256 military-grade encryption. Codes are only visible to authorised team members in our secure admin system and are never transmitted in plain text.
Can I stage an occupied property? +
Yes. Our Partial Staging service is ideal for occupied properties. We focus on the key rooms that drive buyer decisions. An additional coordination surcharge may apply.
Do you offer discounts for regular clients? +
Yes. Long-term and repeat clients are eligible for discounted packages. Contact us to discuss a preferred agent arrangement tailored to your agency's volume.
