Property Styling & Staging Agreement
Modern Space Styling agrees to provide professional property styling and staging services including furniture hire, decorative accessories, delivery, installation, setup, and de-staging at the completion of the hire period. The objective of staging is to enhance the visual presentation of the property for marketing and sale purposes.
Staging packages start from $2,200 + GST. Final pricing varies depending on property size, layout, furniture requirements, styling scope, and staging duration. A customised quotation will be issued prior to installation.
Standard staging hire period is up to six (6) weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing. Extensions may be arranged subject to availability and additional weekly hire charges.
Full payment is required prior to installation unless agreed otherwise. Payments are non-refundable once staging has been installed. Late payments may result in installation delays or removal of staging items.
The client or agent must ensure safe and clear access to the property on installation and collection dates. Electricity and lighting must be operational at the property.
All furniture and accessories remain the property of Modern Space Styling. Items must not be moved, removed, or altered without permission. The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the hire period.
The property must be clean, vacant where applicable, and ready prior to installation. Modern Space Styling is not responsible for pre-existing marks, damage, or property defects.
Reasonable care will be taken during installation and removal. Minor wall marks or impressions resulting from standard staging practices may occur and are considered normal. Modern Space Styling is not liable for events beyond reasonable control including theft, vandalism, or natural events.
Cancellation fees may apply once staging has been scheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours of installation may incur charges.
Modern Space Styling may use photographs of the staged property for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Acceptance of quotation, payment of invoice, or booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and its terms.
